General Information
Japi is located in the Borborema Potiguar Region on the margins of the Jacu River. The main tourist attraction of the city is the  Boqueirão do Japi, an archeological site that holds primitive .inscriptions. The municipality holds a great feast annually in honor of their patron saint, São Sebastião. The event  takes place in the month of January and attracts thousands of visitors to the city.

How to arrive there Distance from Natal: 82 km.

Leave Natal, on BR-226 going in the direction of Santa Cruz.After Tangará, continue on RN-092 to Japi
