LEGAL REFERENCE: Law:8.181/91, 28 of March 1991; Decree nº 5.406, of the 30 of March 2005; Edict nº 57, of the 25 of May 2005.

WHO IS CONSIDERED FOR REGISTRATION: In conformance with the Tourism Legislation in force, The registration in the Department of Tourism, contemplates tourist service contractors constituted in the form individual businessmen, business society and simple businesses, that in their constitutive acts show that they have isolated or accumulated the following activities:

- Tourist Agencies;
- Means of Lodging;
- Tourist Transporters;
- Organizer of Events, Congresses, Conventions and Similar;
- Organizer of Events, Fairs, Business Expositions and Similar;
- Oranganizer of Events Special Contracting Services ;
- Theme Parks.
